1. About the service

MiDim is a web app for tracking utility services, tariffs, meter readings and payments. The service is not a utility provider and does not accept payments for utilities.

2. Account

• You need an account with a valid email to use the service.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for actions taken in your account.
• Let us know if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3. Your data and calculations

The data you enter belongs to you. MiDim's calculations are based on the tariffs and readings you enter and are for reference only. The final amount due is determined by the bills of your service providers.

4. Shared access

The owner of a property can invite other users and revoke their access. Invite only people you trust: members can change the property's data.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to access other people's accounts or data;
• disrupt the service or put automated load on it;
• use the service in violation of the law.

In case of violations, we may restrict or terminate account access.

6. Availability and changes to the service

We strive to keep the service running smoothly but do not guarantee that it is always available. App features may change. We recommend exporting your data from time to time.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses caused by inaccurate data, calculation errors or temporary unavailability of the service.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the privacy policy.

9. Changes to the terms

We may update these terms. We will announce significant changes in advance; by continuing to use the service, you accept the updated terms.
